Nie wieder! Hände weg!
Ich habe Moto med muvi 2: gekauft
9000.-€,
Auslieferung über Sanitätshaus, das sich sehr bemüht.
Aber:
Der große Radius ,ist nicht möglich., obwohl im Prospekt garantiert. !!!
Fußschale hat sich nach 4Monaten gelöst.
Reck schickt die Ersatzteile nicht !! ..
Telefonieren hilft nicht./Beschwerde nutzlos.
Kein Rückruf..Reck ist nicht kundenfreundlich.
Das Gerät. steht jetzt defekt in der Ecke, obwohl ich dringend trainieren muss.
Das Gerät, erst 4Monate alt, ist für mich nutzlos !!!

Ein defektes Bauteil wurde vor 3 Monaten eingeschickt zur Reparatur. Bisher ist die Firma noch nicht mal im Stande ein Angebot zu schicken!!! Und trotz mehrfacher Anrufe wird man auf Ungewiss & Irgendwann "vertröstet"
28.10.2020 Ja, inzwischen kam tatsächlich eine E-Mail OHNE Kostenvoranschlag im Anhang und nach einer Reklamation unmittelbar MIT. Bin mal gespannt, wie lang jetzt die Reparatur dauert.
13.11.2020 Immerhin ging die Reparatur jetzt deutlich schneller als der Kostenvoranschlag!

Die Firma Reck antwortet sehr verspätet auf E-Mails. Mein Motomed ist binnen eines Jahres zum dritten mal defekt. Mittlerweile zum Fünften mal Defekt. Habe ein Ersatzgerät bekommen, diesen ist noch weniger zu gebrauchen wie das Defekte Gerät. Wie Kamm man als Herstellen nur so etwas an Patienten versenden. Ist eine Frechheit.

Sehr gute robuste Trainingswerkzeuge, unterstützt Reha bestens...gute deutsche Wertarbeit.
ABER... Nachhaltigkeit scheint ein Fremdwort oder wahrscheinlich ist es Firmenpolitik? Wir haben einen Schraubkeil zur Fixierung des Pedals verloren (motomed viva1 baujahr 2005). Lapidare antwort, das Gerät ist mehr als 10 Jahre alt es gibt keine Ersatzteile. Das Gerät ist auch noch in 10 Jahren gut fürs Training. die Möglichke eines Softwareupdate odet ein neuen Displays oder ganz einfach die Bezugsmöglichkeit mechanische Bauteile wären Ausdruck einer Nachhaltigen Firmenpolitik ... Bin profunde enttäuscht, lasse das Teil jetzt für 25,00 beim Schlosser machen. --- s.g Sales- und Entwicklungsteam. DAS IST NICHT ZEITGEMÄSS UND AUCH NICHT ZUM LACHEN ( Kommentar zum Telefongespräch). Lernen von der Autoindustrie. Originalrsatzteile bekommt man Zt noch nach 50 Jahren.

For wheelchair users the Motomed Loop product is useless.
In the 90 page manual there is only one short paragraph on how to set up the chair relative to the Motomed trainer with no meaningful information. There is also no tutorial or video about this essential aspect available. The representative of the medical supplies company delivering the device could not adjust the correct position either.

An ordinary wheelchair cannot be parked near the Motomed trainer for it to be used. The wheelchair's foot rest collides with the center ridge of the trainer stand, one cannot reach the pedals. When you have a foot rest you can flip up and can get nearer, the foot rests of the pedals collide with the folded foot rest of the chair. When you manage get your feet onto the pedals and try to rotate, the knees collide with the top unit and this happens with an average anatomy (1.80m height)!

These are simple but major design flaws rendering the device useless. The fact that the device was given the German Design Award seems like a joke.
